Worst management . The caretaker doesn't respond to calls. Zolo team is highly irresponsive and doesn't confirm the booking on time even when beds are available. They are very unethical I'm terms of booking amounts and refunds. Not at all recommended to even consider this. The ratings are misleading and even the charges are too high
