I would strongly advise anyone considering this PG to stay as far away as possible. The management, especially Noel, is completely untrustworthy and highly unprofessional. I was clearly promised—both over a call and via email—that my security deposit would be refunded by 31st March. It’s now been weeks, and despite repeated calls, messages, and follow-ups, there has been absolute radio silence. No response, no accountability, nothing. It got so bad that I had to involve the police just to recover my own money. What’s worse is that this is not new behavior. Before vacating, I was warned by multiple former tenants that getting the deposit back is a nightmare and that people usually skip the last month’s rent to adjust it. I chose to trust Noel anyway—which was a mistake. Noel keeps giving excuses like “management has changed” and other such nonsense, but in reality, nothing has changed. The behavior is exactly the same—delaying, ignoring, and effectively scamming tenants. This place has clearly been running this pattern for a long time, and they continue to do so without any shame. Extremely dishonest, highly frustrating experience, and a complete lack of basic professionalism. If you value your money and peace of mind, DO NOT stay here.
