I would rather prefer not to give even 1 star Had a very disappointing experience staying here. Few things I personally faced: 1. They have a rule of deducting ₹1000 from your security deposit for no reason, that doesn’t makes sense for me, saying it a maintenance cost, which other pg’s usually not. If you bring your friend or relative they would ask for charges ₹500 for there stay 2. The Property manager is so unprofessional and arrogant. He will not let you speak.And he doesn’t even picks calls and reply to messages on time. He behaves like you r staying in his property for free 3. They make tenants struggle to get there security back. They will make u beg, gives you after a month, lot of mismanagement and says accountant is doing it. It is in process without asking for bank details. I got my security money back after 22 days. Once i delayed in paying rent and told me mam aap property khali kardijiye (instant) sending staff in my room ya abi rent pay kardo 4. Talking about the food that is not even good. I would rate 2/5. 5. They do not even allow cooking in the kitchen, claiming there is an LPG issue, which is resolved now everywhere. On top of that, the cleaning services are extremely poor and irregulars
