I’m staying here right now, and it truly feels like home. The flat is stunning, spacious, and so well-maintained. It’s in a safe and posh area, surrounded by professional people and a really calm environment. As a girl, I’ve felt completely safe and comfortable here. The owner is incredibly kind and supportive, which just makes everything even better. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay in Gurgaon!

The place looks fine in pictures, but the reality is totally different. There’s a serious hygiene problem -dirty common areas, smelly corridors and pests all around. Cleaning staff barely show up, and management doesn’t care even after repeated reminders!

Would not recommend renting here. The landlord denied returning the full security deposit even though the house was handed over properly. He took advantage of a small technicality about notice period. Please be careful before staying here on rent. I would not recommend this building.

I regret to say that my stay at this coliving space was quite disappointing. The room provided was very small and lacked proper ventilation, which made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, I encountered cockroaches in the room, indicating inadequate cleanliness and pest control measures. Despite raising these issues with management, there was little to no improvement or response, which was frustrating. Considering the rent charged, the living conditions fell well short of what I expected. I cannot recommend this coliving option to those seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space.

Would not recommend this property at all. Everything looks fine until you move in — then the real problems start. Poor maintenance, no communication, and zero responsibility from the owner. Avoid if possible.
