Rassiwala paying guest churchgate

I read the reviews after already experiencing how rude and unprofessional these guys behaved and all the reviews totally align with our encounter with Rassiwala... we were exploring possibilities with these guys for someone, and OMG aren't they bad!!! So, they quoted some insane amount, shared no details of the property, had a lot of attitude when spoke over the phone (the automatic voice machine may fool you to believe they are some professionally run company), demanded advance payment, never bothered to call back, etc. I believe these guys are possibly blessed with some generational wealth and inherited property and hence, they can afford to not care about customers at all. Good luck to them!
