Pacific Inn Huda City Centre

We had an extremely poor experience with Pacific Inn Hotel. We paid an advance amount to the owner to plan an event after he verbally agreed to all our requirements. However, when we requested the same commitments in writing for clarity and transparency, he started ignoring our messages and avoided confirming anything officially. The service was unprofessional, and the owner was completely non-cooperative. There was no accountability, no proper communication, and no clarity despite taking advance payment. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking this property for any event. Make sure everything is documented properly before making any payment. Highly disappointed with the overall conduct and service.
