1. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. 2. Room- we booked a” “Candy Room on 2nd May,2026 & rooms were poorly maintained, not clean and Jacuzi was not working-kept leaking all the time. Nothing like the pictures shown online. Washroom were dirtier than rooms. 3. They charged Rs. 4000/- for the room & it was not worth it all. If u r using any Jacuzi’s amenities then they charged extra 350/piece. I mean what is this nonsense aap 4000 kis chiz ke lere ho sirf ek ghatiya se room ke liye aur leakage wala jacuzzi ke liye. 4. Service- Serivice was very very poor. Our check-in timing was 12p.m and informed Shivani that we r on the way plss ready our room. But it was delayed by almost 4hrs. From 12-4.30P.M they kept cleaning our room. They completely spoiled our day. 5. Food- Food was also bad. We booked French fries, Tandoori Chicken Tikka & Peanut masala. French Fries were not crispy at all and there was a smell coming from Chicken. 6. Experience- I would never & ever recommend this place to anyone. Very very bad experience. 7. Please do not pay the full amount at the time of check-in. Pls pay after checkout only pls. They will ruin your entire day.
