One Step Hostel

Very bad exp.i had i called them before leaving Goa and they told me bed is available..so after climbing the stairs with my heavy bag the guy in the reception is telling me that he got no bed...i mean u should have informed properly about your property and its a vefy unprofessional manner by your receptionist and please teached him hoe to speak nicely...won't come back again...seems like you guys are action u have the only hotel,dorms in the area....
