Kaushal Paying Guest - Premium Boys & Girls PG in Prahlad Nagar

The PG lacks basic facilities. Rooms are not properly painted and maintained. There is a continuous water shortage, including no water in washroom taps and flushing system is not working and we always store water in the bucket and no action taken after too many complaints even owners not picking calls after the deposit, security and rent amount which is unacceptable. WIFI problems occur frequently even after extra 1k payment for wifi. Food is also not good they repeated menu and they only offered 2 times meal but in they always reveled that they are providing 3 times meals and On Sunday they only provide breakfast no lunch and no dinner. I am always orders food from swiggy and zamoto so that you have to pay extra for food. Drinking water tank condition is not good it is covered well. Its smells very bad when we drink water for drinking water we need to buy bottles from outside. Overall living conditions are poor and management response is disappointing. We have to expense more for food and water for ordering outside for me total cast become high (9000 for rent , 9000 for deposit, 1000 for wifi , 3000 swiggy and zomato and 1000 for water) total cost goes more than 23000. Which is not recommend.
