I had an excellent experience at this co-working space. The environment is clean, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed for productivity. The high-speed internet, well-maintained workstations and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to focus and get things done. Huge thanks to Mr. Suraj, he is always ready to assist with a smile :)

Its been well over 4 months since I have been using this space, so I can list the pros and cons. The space has 8 2 seater cabins and flexi desks. Pros 1. Great location if you are coming by Metro. Just bang opposite Eksar Metro. Far from Borivali station 2. Well maintained office and building. 3. About the office - Good desks and reasonable pricing. Has coffee vending machine and drinking water. Can't recommend the coffee taste as I haven't had it. Drinking water always available. The office boy Sharad is responsible and hard working. 4. The internet hardly ever goes down 5. If you go to the 6th floor, there is a refugee area which is open. Great place to chill and unwind and also see some awesome views of the Gorai mangrove stretch. Cons 1. There is just one washroom for each office which is the pattern across the entire building. So you might have to wait your turn. Washrooms for the most part are kept clean with cleaning staff. 2. There isn't parking space inside the building unless you are an owner or rented a parking space. So you will need to park your 2 or 4 wheelers outside unless the owner has allotted you a parking which isn't the case with co working spaces. 3. Eateries below the building are limited and the building also doesn't have a canteen. So you will need to bring your own food or order on Swiggy/Zomato. 4. Eating area is a separate area outside the office and this isn't a con. I personally like it but it might not be to everyone's tastes. Some people prefer to have food at their desks. 5. The chai service which is an external vendor in the building isn't exactly serving the greatest tea. The cons here necessarily aren't about the office but some of these are in general. If you are someone looking for co working space in Borivali, then this is by far a value for money option. At the time of writing, Floor 912 shuts down at 9pm and starts early by 7am

Hi, I have been associated with My Desk Co-Working Spaces from last 1year @ their Techno IT Park Center Borivali West. Previously in 1108 & now at 912 Best In Class service & Facilities made available by Mr Suraj Kanal who is the Owner of the work-space. Always a Professional environment to work at also the amenities provided are serviced timely for smooth functioning. Value for Money Pick of Co-Working in Borivali one should consider. My desk is amazing place for cabin as well as shared desk. Furniture is completely new and feels like home. Work culture is positive. They have also parted boys and girls in different cabin. Over all amazing experience.

Good place to work, loved this co-working place, Very good place for startups to use as office! Owner Mr.Suraj Kanal is always supportive !!!!!
