We hosted our event here with 55 people turning up over 6 hours. The team helped us understand the booking process & their on ground staff was superb in handling requests and ensuring everyone had fun. The space is comfortable and large, it has three tables you can use for pop-ups/stalls at an event. The pricing on an hourly rate is excellent value for money. Ours was a meetup for Pokemon, Hot Wheels and Beyblade fans in Mumbai. Workbay is situated on SV Road and is therefore easy to access with public transport. Our team at Uhtend had zero issues hosting the event; lighting was great for photos too. I would recommend Workbay for your events if you’re hosting meetups, flea markets, etc. The elevator leading to the workspace on the third floor is big which makes it easy to carry equipment or merchandise. Other features: 2 large tables, 1 medium sized table and 1 long table. The latter has a long bench on both sides. Separate washroom for men & women. Fridge: in case you need to cool beverages, recommend confirming with the coworking space. I recommend getting an appointment to visit the space & discuss details; this will help their team to ensure your event goes smoothly. Attaching photos for reference of space size.
