I visited Innov8 for an interview for a job opportunity, but I was asked to pay money before the recruitment process. I was uncomfortable with this and decided not to proceed. In my experience, candidates should be clearly informed about any recruitment-related charges, if applicable, before proceeding. I am sharing this review so that other job seekers can be cautious and verify the recruitment process properly before making any payment.

I had a very disappointing experience during the recruitment process at the Innov8 office in Peninsula. The recruiters did not mention any payment requirement before calling candidates for the interview. Only after I reached the office, they asked me to pay ₹3,350, claiming it would be refunded later. When I refused to pay, they immediately told me I could leave. After that, the recruiter who had contacted me stopped answering my calls. In my opinion, this recruitment process is highly suspicious. Genuine employers do not ask candidates to pay money for a job. I would advise everyone to be very careful and avoid making any payment during the hiring process unless you have independently verified that it is legitimate. The recruiter who contacted me has not replied to my messages or answered my calls since then. Based on my experience, I strongly advise job seekers to be cautious and never pay money for a job opportunity. Genuine employers do not charge candidates during the recruitment process.

Innov8 is one of the cleanest and best places for an office. The environment here feels very positive and motivating. The staff is extremely cooperative and always helpful. They maintain excellent cleanliness standards, which makes the workspace even more comfortable. It is truly one of the best office spaces in Peninsula Business Park lower parel station . We have also taken an office here, and it has just been one month—but the experience so far has been wonderful. It’s been really nice working here. A special thanks to Amogh Sir and Jayesh Sir—they are very cooperative and supportive.
