Yes — you read that right. You do everything they ask, get the sticker, follow the rules, and your bike STILL gets towed. And when you go to the staff for help? Zero cooperation. Instead of owning up to their mistake, the staff justified towing bikes that had valid stickers. This is not just incompetence — it's harassment of paying members/tenants. If you're planning to work here and commute by bike, think twice. The management clearly doesn't care about its members' time, money, or basic convenience.
