Pathetic Parking Management & Uncooperative Staff — Avoid!" Absolutely disappointed with the parking situation at Carnival Hub Workspace. There is a severe lack of bike parking, and to make matters worse, even after following their own system and getting the official stickers issued by the building, bikes are still being towed. Yes — you read that right. You do everything they ask, get the sticker, follow the rules, and your bike STILL gets towed. And when you go to the staff for help? Zero cooperation. Instead of owning up to their mistake, the staff justified towing bikes that had valid stickers. This is not just incompetence — it's harassment of paying members/tenants. If you're planning to work here and commute by bike, think twice. The management clearly doesn't care about its members' time, money, or basic convenience. A workspace that can't manage its own parking policy and trains its staff to be dismissive is not worth your money. Fix your parking system. Train your staff. Respect your members
