First things first, the staff both at the building and at the coworking space were polite and lovely. However, that is the only positive thing I have to say. This may be the worst coworking space I have ever been to, and I'm genuinely shocked that they even market it as a coworking space. What it is is a glorified cafe - if you get a day pass and try to work here, they shove you into a random table in the corner of their lunch room (picture attached), with uncomfortable and unergonomic chairs. My shoulder started hurting within a few minutes of sitting here. Since it is their lunch room, it's also not quiet - so not suitable for working, and definitely not suitable for taking calls or meetings. There is no room for taking calls. There is coffee and water, but you have to take it in a tiny paper cup (photo attached). I don't think they even had crockery or cutlery to eat lunch with. To make matters worse, the address they send of the location on Google Maps is wrong (wrong side of the street), and getting to the space is an absolute maze and none of this is explained beforehand. You have to hand full a register on the ground floor, take a lift up one floor, walk out and past a Starbucks, then go through another gate, where you will find lifts of which only one of them actually goes to the 25th floor. It took me 20 minutes to go from the entrance of the building to the entrance of the space. The bathroom is fine, and I guess there's a view if you're into that - but it was a hazy day. I left in an hour and went home, which for myself and most people will be significantly quieter, more productive and more comfortable. I can't believe I paid money to work here and was in half a mind to ask for a refund.

I’ve been working from this co-working space for the past week and my experience has been truly wonderful, thanks to the incredible support of the Karuna (Centre Manager) here. She is extremely kind, humble, and always goes the extra mile to help everyone. From resolving small issues instantly to making sure members feel comfortable and welcomed, her dedication really stands out. It’s rare to come across someone who is so genuinely helpful and positive. AWFIS co-working space is lucky to have her — she truly elevates the entire experience. Highly recommended!

Awfis might not live up to its online image in the co-working space market, but the dedicated staff at my location, OIC 25th floor, truly make the difference! Karuna, in particular, has been incredibly helpful. 🙏 #Coworking #Staff #Dedication

Not really a good place. There way of servicing is very poor as once you are transacted your money. They don’t really care much about your convenience, worse part is they sell the Co-working space on the nice things like the building or security. But when it comes to everyday operations their customer service is really poor. WeWork thousand times better than them in all the ways. WeWork’s customer service at least seems human not like they won’t attend to you after transacted.
