No alternative escalation/support contact provided. No AC facility despite extreme heat conditions. Full rent being charged despite compromised living conditions. Poor and highly delayed customer support response. No proper housekeeping during/after repair work. Had to personally clean construction and repair mess. Ongoing wall repair causing inconvenience for residents. Workers creating constant disturbance outside rooms. Use of abusive/unprofessional language by workers. Lack of discipline and supervision at the property. Overall poor management and accountability by Zolo services.
