The Hub @ Peepal Tree - Colive

Pros: 1. Centrally located and very near to all the major attractions in the city. 2. Sweet Care taker and his family. 3. Green and homely. 4. Quiet and peaceful. 5. Beautiful terrace and loads of plants and one big tree. 6. Kitchen on both floors. Cons: 1. The management is very lazy. Ask for something to get done and they either will get it done very late or they won’t respond at all. 2. Whole property is being managed and cleaned by care taker and his wife. They also have a child. Hence the rooms are cleaned once in a WEEK. The management clearly isn’t hiring more staff and caretaker and his family is overworked and underpaid. 3. Only cleaning is done once a week. I stayed for 20nights at this place and my bedsheet wasn’t changed even once. I had to turn it over myself and use it like that. They kept saying bedsheets are dirty and there are no more pillows when I asked for one more pillow. They gave me ONE small pillow for a queen sized bed. 4. Management is so lazy that they didn’t provide me with invoice the second time when I extended my stay due to work. Even after making sure I texted two people in management personally. 5. Their primary focus is to make a top notch co working space in their second branch the hub in Safina plaza. They’ll make you feel like you’re secondary priority or not a priority at all. 6. The only good things in this property are the amazing Bangalore weather and plants on terrace.
