Sri Sai Balaji Luxury Pg for Gents

Very disappointing experience with this PG. The management failed to provide proper prior notice regarding the vacating of the building after their agreement with the owner was cancelled. Tenants came to know about the issue at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. An alternative accommodation was shown, but the place was not hygienic and not suitable for comfortable living. Despite the situation not being the tenants’ fault, the security deposit refund was also handled unfairly. Out of the ₹5,000 refundable deposit, only ₹1,000 was returned without proper justification. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of tenant concerns. I would advise others to be cautious before choosing this PG.
