Highly unprofessional PG management and extremely poor living experience. The AC in my room stopped working repeatedly and even after 8 complaints, the issue was never permanently resolved. Every few days the same problem comes back and management keeps giving excuses instead of solutions. The behavior of the owner and management is rude and arrogant once rent is paid. Tenant concerns are ignored completely. They talk professionally only before taking money. On top of that, there are serious safety concerns in the building including expired fire extinguishers, insufficient fire safety arrangements for multiple floors, partially blocked stairways due to AC and inverter installations, and poor security arrangements. Despite paying full rent and advance amount, basic amenities are not maintained properly and security refund discussions become stressful and non transparent. Would strongly advise students and working professionals to think carefully before staying here. Management response, maintenance quality, and tenant handling are extremely disappointing.
