The space is spacious, neat, peaceful, and very well maintained. The rooms are clean, the AC facilities are excellent, and everything is available at a very reasonable cost compared to other places. Safety is also given top priority with biometric access, which made me feel very secure and comfortable throughout my stay. What makes this place extra special is the owners and their family. They never treated us like tenants; they treated us like family members. The owner, his wife, and even their little baby brought such a warm and positive atmosphere to the place. One of the best parts was the homely feeling they gave every single day. Even after returning tired from office after 6 PM, the owner’s wife would lovingly make tea for me just like a sister would. That small gesture itself says so much about their kindness and care. The kitchen facilities are also amazing — we could freely use everything as per our needs, which made daily life so convenient. The food they provide is tasty, hygienic, and homemade food. Cleanliness, comfort, safety, affordability, care, and positivity — this place has everything. I’m genuinely grateful for it the experience and highly recommend this coliving space to anyone looking not just for accommodation, but for a warm and peaceful home away from your own home.
