PGVIBES WB-1004 Debkripa paying guest

The pg owner and manager have no manners to speak with the tenants, they even didn’t return the deposit money to my roommate. They claim to provide daily cleaning but mostly the maid doesn’t come. The lift and washing machine get out of service for most of the times. Overall it was a horrible experience and they constantly change the property manager due to which there is a chaos in among the tenants and the manager.
