I raised few concerns and the management has asked me to find a new apartment! They are not customer friendly. The maintenance is not proactive and not serious. When you raise concerns, they are very defensive, blaming and gas-lighting you. The fan was very old and cranky, it took them 1.5 months to fix it. Commode was leaking and it took 3 weeks to fix that. Had to chase them multiple times for those. Pillows are very dirty, bathroom and bathtub aren't clean. Apparently, I shouldn't speak out about these since others aren't?
