Centrepoint Guest House

I stayed at this hotel recently with my wife, and it was a nightmare. We have already moved to another hotel because the conditions here were unacceptable. Room Condition: The room was in very poor shape—smelly, dirty, and with broken furniture. It was a complete waste of money and looked nothing like the photos. Staff & Service: The reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They treated us with zero respect, acting more like "immigration officers" than hospitality staff. Privacy Concerns: They were very intrusive, taking unnecessary photos of us and mishandling our passports. It felt very suspicious and made us feel unsafe. I would honestly recommend staying anywhere else but here. This was the worst experience.
