Agarwals Super Luxury Girls Hostel Cum Pg (Girish Park, Kolkata)

PROS: ✅This pg is located at a perfect place from where you can reach the Girish Park metro station or Vivekananda Road bus stand or Girish Park Bus stand very easily by walking for a few minutes. ✅There are many good snack shops around this pg. And also amazing biriyani & Cafes around it. So if you're a foodie, you'll enjoy outside. ✅There is a really nice gym located near this pg. So you can also join for some excercises. ✅Wi-Fi is available and worked well so far. ✅Geyser was always available in the winter. CONS: ❗The pg is located by a main road. So the inside of the rooms always get dirty by the dust coming from the road. ❗My non-AC room used to get very very inhabitable during the summers. Because being just beside the road, all the heat was surely coming through the balcony. Nothing worked. ❗The owners are pretty rude sometimes. The food they provide isn't worth spending money on. So almost all of the tenants take home delivery. ‼️When the owner and I had the discussions of if I ever stop taking food from them then I could only pay 5000/- per month for the stay. But when I actually stopped taking the food, she changed the promised amount and started taking 5500/- per month from me. As the statement was not written, so I could not say anything much and accepted. ‼️When I went home for longer time, she allowed an unknown person in my bed as a lodging service for their required time for 300/-. I was shocked and confronted her. After that she started behaving more rudely with me. Basically, even though all the beds are booked, she gives the beds to random lodging services to anyone if the tenant of that bed is absent. ❗The bathrooms didn't get cleaned regularly. ❗The dustbin area gets very smelly as they are also not cleaned regularly.
