I stayed at Yashoda Business Garden PG for almost 1.5 months with my friend. Here are the detailed pros and cons: Pros: - Food is top notch! There are two cooks and they both are super sincere and have amazing culinary skills. I appreciate their dedication! Menu has variety and they ensure to deliver quality food every time. Food is the best thing about this PG. - Mess is on terrace, it's a nice view with ample of plants and flowers. It feels good to have your meals there. - Rent for stay is reasonable, it includes wi-fi, amazing food and electricity which is a fair deal. - PG location is good. There is connectivity and many shops + eateries around. - Manager (Sagar) is kind, polite and supportive. However, there are a few things that can be improved. (outlined in cons). Cons: - Cleaning should be taken more seriously. Cleaning employee was not available for a week and there was no one to cover. We had to use dirty, smelly washroom for days. Dustbins were overloaded and passage had foul smell. We asked the manager multiple times to get the cleaning done but request was seemingly ignored. - Water supply is not consistent. - Power cut is frequent in summers and fan isn't connected with generator. Stay was bit difficult in scorching heat. - We were not told maintenance charges beforehand. After a month, when we planned to extend our stay, we were asked to pay maintenance. I feel every kind of charges should be communicated clearly in the beginning. - In general, people are nice but there are some 'groups' who would talk super loud in mess, sometimes used abusive slurs. Maybe there should be guidelines to maintain decorum in PG. Overall, recommended! However, discuss everything in advance for clarity.
