I’m looking for a studio apartment in Wakad since I’ll be working nearby, and WeOne153 caught my eye. Went to check it out still in progress, but the location is solid and the design makes sense for single living. Liked that it doesn’t feel cramped. Hoping it’s done on time, but so far, looks promising.

Visited WeOne153 with my daughter, who’s moving to Wakad for work. She’s interested in a studio apartment, and this one seemed to tick most boxes, safe area, modern design, and walkable to basics. The project isn’t finished yet, but the staff answered all our questions honestly. Hoping it’s a smooth handover when the time comes.

Visited the WeOne 153 office and met the team, they explained the project in detail, and the concept of art-studio-style apartments really stood out. The location near Hinjewadi feels ideal for long-term growth. I have decided to invest early, and I'm excited about what's coming.

Just booked a unit at WeOne153 building’s still under construction, but everything so far has been smooth. The location looks great, and the layout really stood out compared to other places I’ve seen. The team’s been easy to talk to and quick to respond.
