Worst pg ever. I’m a student and planned to stay for a longer period of time in their pg but there’s no concern for girls’ security. I was staying at their pg in C/11, south extension I, ground floor. An unknown man who was a thief entered the pg in daylight and stole my phone from inside my room. And the owner is so careless, rude and inconsiderate. Firstly, she didn’t ask for any id proof when I came to stay and no agreement or police verification was done. Later when I demanded the compensation for my phone because it was stolen from my room and the pg that was her responsibility, she straight away refused for it saying there’s no agreement, if so what’s the point of her taking the security deposit. Later, when I was leaving her pg, I asked for my security and rent back because it was just the start of the month and I had already paid the rent in advance, she wasn’t paying that too. Saying that i didn’t give her prior notice. What the hell does that mean when you’re giving me the reason that there’s no agreement. Later she just paid me the security deposit. Moreover, she kept repeating that it was my fault… how the hell is it my fault if a thief is able to access her property this easily. That was just because there’s no security available. And she’s the worst pg owner. She doesn’t attend the important requirements and resolves any issue very late. Also Very insensitive, very inconsiderate and very greedy.
