Spacious 1RK with Reliable Utilities & Prepaid Management I recently stayed at this 1RK PG and wanted to share a professional breakdown for anyone considering this space. The Room & Facilities: The living space and bathroom are notably spacious, which is a big plus. Utility-wise, it is very reliable; I experienced 24/7 electricity and a continuous water supply during my stay. Prepaid Electricity: The rooms are equipped with rechargeable (prepaid) electricity meters. You’ll need to recharge the meter in advance to use power, which is great for tracking your own consumption and avoiding surprise bills at the end of the month.👍 Water Quality: A dedicated RO (Reverse Osmosis) water facility is available on-site, providing a convenient and safe drinking water source for residents. Cleanliness Policy: Note that the management provides a professionally cleaned room only upon arrival. Once you move in, daily housekeeping is your own responsibility. It’s a "self-maintenance" setup.❤️ Pricing: Rates are flexible based on the season. Currently, it’s approximately ₹1,000/day for short stays or ₹12,000/month (plus security deposit) for long-term residents.⚓ Dining: There is no in-house food service. However, there are several high-quality local dhabas nearby that offer great meals. Verdict: A solid choice for those who value space, reliable utilities, and transparent electricity billing. Very bad hospitality. First they’ll talk very nicely but once you shift they’ll not respond to your any complaint. Wi-Fi was not working it’s a total scam. Area is also very worst you cannot sleep peacefully and not safe for girls. Very unhygienic.

The room soon is a chain of pg and individual 1 bhk with different rates and accessibility. It is located in many locations like in sector-15 noida and one in Sector -2 noida in front of the fire station sector -2 noida. They are providing fully furnished pg and rooms upto 1 rk. Having good construction and easy living in the locations near to the corporate areas. It is very helpful for the bachelor and also for the people who are doing job in the near by areas.

Don't go here this is the worst pg nothing there very very dirty rooms washroom no electricity no water properly . And the staff are also fraudy There are very smelly rooms and the area there is very dirty and you need to pay for the electricity It is very costly I will give a 0 star rating and never stay there unhappy with the manager also they never cooperate .
