Working the Sunday night shift is honestly one of the biggest disappointments. The biggest challenge is that there’s only one shop open, and even that has almost nothing available on the menu. Imagine working in a city like Bangalore and still not having proper food options. There are vending machines, but they’re usually out of stock on weekends. And to make things worse, the hygiene is questionable—just look at the video, there are rats in the cafeteria. At this point, even sitting at the entrance feels like a luxury (better than production floor ). That’s probably the best thing about this building.

Good place to get accommodate for office space, they provide good service they have car parking, bike parking and ya huge cafeteria, we are running out business with 150+ employees. It's been 2+ years till now we haven't come across and major issues from novel tech, if in case we are facing any problem we can just make one call to Ms. Sam the wonder woman from the Client Relations team she will make sure her team comes and clears the issue, Happy novel space

Just 10 minutes of rain causes complete chaos here. Waterlogging, poor drainage, and the overall lack of preparedness make it extremely frustrating for the employees. The management at Novel seriously needs to address these issues instead of ignoring them every time it rains. Basic infrastructure and proper maintenance shouldn’t be this difficult.

This property is plagued by severe infrastructural negligence and genuinely hazardous living conditions. To begin with, adequate parking facilities are entirely nonexistent. The building's operational systems are also chronically dysfunctional; egregious power instability—averaging twenty to thirty outages daily—renders the elevators virtually useless. Residents are frequently trapped inside or forced to endure thirty-minute waits merely to reach the fourth floor, ultimately resorting to the stairwells. Most alarmingly, the drainage system is an absolute failure. The lack of proper wastewater outlets during the rainy season results in catastrophic waterlogging. Stagnant floodwater regularly rises to knee level, creating an environment so deeply compromised that it poses a literal drowning hazard for small children. In its current state, the foundational infrastructure of this building is not just inconvenient—it is dangerously inadequate.
