I was introduced to Novel 2 yrs back. From day 1, I have been impressed with their professionalism, the way they manage the company and the customers, their choice of property (locations) and the returns that is promised to us. I compared with various other options for investing in commercial property and I found this to be the best - in terms of returns, compared to any other option in Bangalore today. In the last 1 year, I have invested Rs. 2 cr across 2 of their properties and am very satisfied with the returns. It beats returns on FDs, most mutual funds and most stocks. I would definitely recommend Novel for anybody looking to improve returns on their commercial Real Estate investments. Finally, when it comes to trust and safety of my investments, I researched and was impressed to know that they are the pioneers in the coworking-space business as well as in fractional ownership, so I am reassured.

Owning a fractional unit in office space has become easy with Novel Office. They provided me with all the details and legal papers of the property and cleared my legal queries each time I had raised. They have a very good team who even helps in understanding the legalities, documents and the process... I invested with them for 1 unit and now doing the paperwork for 2nd investment with them....

I booked 2 units and paid a refundable earnest of ₹2 lakh (₹1L per unit). After raising legal concerns, the developer initially agreed to refund but has repeatedly delayed and failed to process it. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response — they don’t answer calls, ignore messages and emails, and have now even blocked my number. What’s worse, even though the original agreement and discussions never mentioned any requirement for a “Chairman’s call” for refund approval, they suddenly introduced this condition later — completely unreasonable and unprofessional. When legal concerns were raised, instead of promptly refunding, they resorted to excuses and unnecessary delays. Extremely poor experience — buyer beware. Always double-check every document and written commitment before paying even a single rupee here. Don’t buy any unit here — they make customers go through hell just to get basic support or responses. They proudly claim to be doing ₹600 crores of business, but can’t even process a simple ₹2L refund. Always verify all documents legally before buying, or you’ll end up facing serious trouble and endless follow-ups.

Been to this Property couple of times. Really like the building and how aesthetically they have built up. Property & sales/ marketing head were really helpful to give thorough insights of the building and the investments plan overall.

Novel has a great Ambience which kinda gives soothing atmosphere to work. We actually got indulged in it. Special thanks to Sangeeta she was so helpful and humble.😊 Looking forward to host the event again.
