Extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional. The management has no consistency and changes rules arbitrarily without any prior notice. Autos were suddenly not allowed inside the premises, forcing us to walk nearly 450 meters carrying heavy sports equipment along with a child. What’s worse is that autos were allowed earlier the same day — clearly showing how poorly managed and inconsistent the system is. There is zero consideration for visitors. Even after explaining the situation and requesting a one-time exception due to the child and heavy kit, the staff showed no empathy and bluntly refused. This reflects a complete lack of basic customer sensitivity. The behavior of the security staff was even more unacceptable. When asked why there was no notice at the entrance, the response was shockingly rude: “You are paying the academy, speak to them — they don’t pay my salary.” This kind of attitude is outright disrespectful and reflects very poorly on the management. To make matters worse, the security personnel had no visible ID or agency details, raising serious concerns about accountability and safety. Overall, a highly inconvenient, poorly managed, and frustrating experience. Strongly reconsider before opting for this place unless they drastically improve their management, communication, and basic professionalism.
