I had a very disappointing experience with the parking and lift facilities at this office location. Despite reaching the building on time, I had to wait almost 30 minutes just to enter through the parking gate, as it was not opened on time. The situation was made worse by the fact that the guards were extremely rude and unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting with parking. On top of that, for an 11-floor building, only one lift was operational, while the others were not working. This caused further delays, and as a result, I reached my office 40 minutes late, even though I arrived at the building before my scheduled time. Such poor infrastructure management and lack of basic support from staff create unnecessary stress and reflect very badly on the coworking space. Parking access, working lifts, and courteous security staff are basic expectations for any professional office environment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves these facilities and staff behavior.
