I honestly regret paying for this place. If you're looking for a quiet study or work environment, stay as far away from this place as possible. The management has clearly prioritised making money over providing even the most basic facilities. Every day feels chaotic—constant chatter, people walking around, doors slamming, phones ringing, and absolutely no effort to maintain silence. It's impossible to focus for more than a few minutes. The place is cramped, poorly ventilated, and feels suffocating after sitting there for a while. The air feels stale, and to make matters worse, the washrooms frequently stink, making the overall environment even more unpleasant. For the amount they charge, the experience is embarrassing. The day pass service is miserable in every aspect. Instead of ensuring customers have a productive workspace, the entire experience feels disorganised and poorly managed. The biggest problem is the supervisor, Sameer. He is completely unhelpful and dismissive of customer complaints. Rather than addressing genuine concerns, he spends his time playing carrom while customers continue to struggle with the same issues. On top of that, he repeatedly comes around asking people to change their seats in the middle of work sessions, causing unnecessary interruptions and frustration. Instead of solving problems, he creates new ones. A workspace should provide a calm, professional atmosphere where people can concentrate. This place delivers the exact opposite. Poor management, constant disturbances, bad ventilation, foul-smelling washrooms, terrible day pass service, and a supervisor who seems more interested in avoiding responsibility than improving the customer experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
