DO NOT COME to this shared workspace if you come by a car or bike! The parking situation is a nightmare. The parking area is completely full almost every day, with vehicles packed so tightly that they are practically touching each other. There is no dedicated car parking facility either. Instead, a valet takes your car to a local ground located 1.5 - 2 km away. By the time you leave after work, you'll often find your car covered in a thick layer of dust. And if anything happens to it? The responsibility is entirely yours. Once you enter the workspace, you'll notice a pool table that is almost always occupied. Since access costs only ₹100 per day, it seems to have become more of a hangout spot than a professional workspace. The restrooms are poorly maintained and lack basic hygiene standards. The infrastructure and facilities fall well below expectations for a shared workspace.

An amazing and a peaceful to work! Best part of this place, you have ample parking, spacious rooms, good wifi connection, play area; amenities are pretty good! I would also like to appreciate the receptionist and the front desk team, they made sure that I could utilise this workspace without any hassle, be it anything they’ll help you out. If you are looking for a workspace, this is the spot!

Facility is good and peaceful. Not much noise and motivates to work more as everyone else is doing the same. Reception person Noorul is super helpful, he helped me in the registration and gave a tour of the facility. 5-star.

This one is for the day-passers. 1. Just assume that people come with Zero civic sense and are going to speak, gossip, laugh, palaver, watch reels loudly. Example, today, I got to hear “why people get pimples” for about 30 mins. Just carry your earphones. They will be your life-saver. It is impossible to focus otherwise. (I really wish someday, they make the day pass zone into a silent zone.) 2.Not a negative but The AC is strong so there aren’t any smells or anything but do carry a hoodie. 3. The thing that I found irritating to the core - they scan your pass at the time of entry and later, every time you go out and come in, the security has to open the gate for you. So, they look at you as if you are an illegal or a thief crossing borders without paying. I wish there was some follow-up scan code or system in their application for day passers to come in and go out as they wish. Not be at the mercy of the security. Overall, I love working at BHIVE. It’s not too expensive and worth the money. Internet speed is perfect for my work. Coffee station is definitely a plus! The cost-effective lunch thali is good too.
