Staying at this PG has been a balanced experience where comfort meets a few compromises. The rooms are well-maintained and the location is highly convenient, making daily life easier. The management is cooperative and responsive, which adds a sense of reliability and safety. However, the food lacks variety and could definitely be improved to match the overall standards. Despite minor drawbacks, this place offers a decent and manageable living environment for anyone looking for affordability with basic comfort.
I stayed in this PG for 8 months, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Due to an urgent situation, I had to go back home and informed them 15 days in advance, but they said a 1-month notice period was compulsory because it was mentioned in their form.
However, the same form also states that smoking and drinking alcohol inside the PG are strictly prohibited and anyone found doing so would be removed. But despite multiple complaints, they never followed their own rules or took any action. Instead, they would say, “How can we stop people from smoking or drinking?” If you make rules and regulations, then you should follow them first before asking others to follow them.
They took my full security deposit. I stayed only for 10 days that month and requested them to deduct only 10 days’ rent and electricity charges and return the remaining amount, but they refused and charged the full month’s rent.
What was even more unfair was that I was supposed to stay till the 14th, but they booked my bed for another girl from the 13th itself. They charged me for the full month and would also take rent from the new girl for the same bed. They only care about money.
The PG management was not supportive at all. The AC was not working for almost a month, the washroom flush had issues for weeks, and even basic security was poor because the main gate often remained unlocked throughout the night.
Whenever I complained about smoking and drinking, instead of taking action they would ask them to change rooms or vacate the PG. At the end, they became rude and disrespectful and said things like, “Do whatever you want.”
We also work hard and earn our money after leaving our homes for jobs, but they think girls cannot do anything against them, which is why they behave this way.
Worst PG experience in Noida.
Please return my remaining money.

If I had not informed you or given notice about vacating the PG, then how was my bed already booked from the 13th itself when I was still staying there till the 14th?
Everyone already knew that I was leaving the PG — including the staff, roommates, and even the owner. So please stop spreading false information.
You are clearly lying. You make your own rules and regulations in the form but do not follow them yourselves. Calling others liars does not change the reality.
Instead of resolving the issue properly, you are asking me to delete my comment and saying, “Do whatever you want, I will not return the money.” This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and dishonest.
My friend stayed in this PG, and initially they behave very politely and sweetly. But when it’s time to vacate the PG and return the security deposit, their real behavior comes out. They create a lot of unnecessary drama while returning the security amount. Also, there is no proper safety or security — even at night, the PG gate remains open. Good thing I didn’t book this PG.
